BT Inbound Architect is the web access for BT's Inbound Contact Control and Reports products.

Our products: Full, Simple and Lite Control, Enhanced Rawcall Data and Rapid reports are all available via this direct internet connection.
  • Lite control allows you to change the "Deliver To Number" DTN where you want the calls answered.
  • Simple Control allows you to make adjustments to how the calls are processed in the live call plan.
  • Full Control allows you to design, build and manage your call plans using the features available. Includes Simple and Lite controls. (Training required)

PC minimum specification requirements

The recommended minimum PC specification for Inbound Architect is as follows:
  • Windows V8.1.
  • Internet Explorer 10 (IE10).
  • In order to use the Web-based Call Plan Editor (WebCPE), users require IE11.
  • Please make sure that Pop-up Blocker Settings set to "Low: Allow pop-ups from secure sites". You will need to adjust your PC's browser settings accordingly.
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Call Plan Editor and Map Tool functionality is available only on Windows Operating System. ( See the Product Briefing above for more details on PC hardware and software install requirements )
  • 2 Mbps(or above) Broadband Connection.
